"The New York Local"

The New York Local was an homage to farm-to-table cooking. The event was challenged use 90% locally sourced ingredients that were all plant-based. The skeptical guests spent the night adjusting preconceived opinions, as they were met with not only a fully vegan farm-to-table meal, but also live music and local wines. Educational talks by environmental activists gave the event an added feeling of community.
